SOUTH KOREA: Purac opened a local office in Seoul as part of the company’s strategy to enhance its relations with its Korean business partners, executives said. Purac Korea began operations Sept. 1, 2003. Along with local distribution partners, Purac Korea renders support in order fulfillment and market development to the South Korean food and chemicals industries. Purac Korea celebrated its official opening with a cocktail party and dinner Sept. 23.
